Mystery surrounds the death of a woman in Kidderminster after paramedics were alerted to “an incident” at a quiet Worcestershire housing estate.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said it was alerted at 7.10pm on Tuesday, January 18 to a home in Attwood Close, Wolverley but found a woman unresponsive.
Paramedics said the woman was already dead when they arrived at the scene in the cul-de-sac near Franche.

Over a week later, on Thursday January 27, residents became unsettled at the presence of officers from West Mercia Police in Attwood Close and reported seeing a police helicopter flying overhead.
“People in white suits” and a helicopter hovering above homes around Attwood Close raised concern from various locals on social media.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 7.10pm to reports of an incident at an address on Attwood Close in Wolverley.
“One ambulance attended the scene.
“Upon arrival we found a woman. Unfortunately, it immediately became apparent that nothing could be done to save her and she was confirmed deceased at the scene.”
West Mercia Police has been contacted for comment.
