Green Bay Packers fans served up new dishes for the playoff games in Lambeau

Triple on cheese curds. Add alcohol to hot chocolate. This is Wisconsin Forward Dining. It’s new on the menus at Lambeau Field’s concession stands and at two restaurants serving the Green Bay Packers playoff run.

Here are the menu complements Delaware North prepared at Lambeau Field, 1919 Kitchen & Tap and The Turn Restaurant Lounge.

LAMBEAU FIELD

Perfect spiral burger: Festy Burger, topped with jalapenos, fried onions, Johnsonville Original sausage strips and Sargento beer and cheese sauce. Served on a spiral cheese curd bun.

What is a curd bun you ask? A cheesy, savory take on a cinnamon roll.

Zac Ladubec, executive chef at Delaware North at Lambeau Field, explains it this way: The dough is rolled out thinly with a layer of butter and a flavorful cheese powder as a base, which is coated with crumbled cheese curds, rolled up, and topped with more cheese from the curd mass.

“If you cut it open, it has nice cheese pockets and eats almost like a croissant,” Ladubec said.

Pick Six Meatball Sub: Six Johnsonville fried and cheese curd meatballs topped with braised onions, run-it-back sauce (a concoction of ketchup, Worcestershire, Sriracha, and orange juice), beer mustard, and shredded potato chips. Served on a fresh hoagie roll.

Available in sections 105, 326, 690 and Johnsonville Tailgate Village.

The title tower: French fries tower topped with Sargento Beer Cheese Sauce, Cheese Curds, Johnsonville Brat Crumbles, Spring Onions and Crème Fraiche.

Available in Section 134.

Specialty hot chocolate: The classic winter warmer is flavored and peppered in four ways.

  • Pulse Changer: Hazelnut hot chocolate with Frangelico and bourbon, topped with whipped cream and graham cracker bits.
  • Outside the city: Caramel Cinnamon Hot Chocolate with RumChata, topped with cinnamon and whipped cream.
  • Referee (Blind Russian): Traditional hot chocolate with Godiva liqueur, Kahlua and vodka, topped with white chocolate chips and whipped cream.
  • PB Flash: Peanut butter hot chocolate with Skrewball whiskey, topped with peanut butter cups and whipped cream.

All options are available at a concession stand near Section 117.

BEYOND THE LAMBEAU FIELD

Pound the Rock Burgers: Waygu beef burger topped with bacon jam, Red Rock cheese and onion leaves in Blue Moon pastry. Served on a pretzel bun. 1919 kitchen & faucet.

Scorched Earth Tots: Oversized stuffed jalapenos served with beer and cheese dip. The Turn Restaurant Lounge.

Wisconsin Food Group’s Flatbread: Handmade flatbread that highlights three of the state’s most popular “food groups” – fried cheese curds, Johnsonville sausage and ranch dressing. Garnished with mozzarella and sauerkraut. The Turn Restaurant Lounge.

Pop-up bar: The full-service bar, open to the public, offers select Molson-Coors products including the latest release from Leinenkugel – Juicy Peach. Center of Titletown’s entertainment district.
