Worcestershire Education Awards 2022 are still accepting nominations

The 2022 Worcestershire Education Awards are still accepting nominations from people who wish to recognize those who do an incredible job in education.

The Worcester News has partnered with the University of Worcester to re-launch the awards program, which recognizes the efforts of our educational institutions in Worcestershire.

Members of the public, teachers, students, staff, and parents have submitted their nominations for those who have gone way beyond that over the past year.

There are 12 categories to be nominated for the Worcestershire Education Awards 2022. You are:

  • Lockdown Hero Award
  • Headmaster of the Year
  • Teacher / Lecturer of the Year
  • New teacher of the year
  • Support Agent of the Year
  • Early Education / Primary School of the Year
  • Middle / Secondary School of the Year
  • Independent school of the year
  • Special educational needs price
  • Award as education and training provider of the year for universities or after 18 years
  • Star Student (under 16) of the year
  • Star Student (over 16) of the year

2022 will be the fourth year of the Worcestershire Education Awards.

The winners will be announced in a virtual ceremony in early 2022.

The deadline for submitting nominations is Friday, December 31, and the deadline for entries is 12 noon.
