TWO drug dealers, who ran a tattoo parlor in Rayleigh, have been jailed after £29,000 of drugs were seized by Essex Police. Paul Dymock and David Verner were jailed for 45 months and 36 months respectively after an investigation carried out by our serious and organized crime unit.
Acting on intelligence, officers watched Verner enter a home in Elm Drive, Rayleigh at about 2.45pm on August 16.
A warrant was also executed at Verner’s home, in Thorney Bay caravan park, in Canvey. During a search there, offices found a significant quantity of ketamine, MDMA and cannabis.
Dymock was sentenced to a total of 45 months in prison and Verner was sentenced to a total of 36 months in prison.
Gary Tatchell, of Shoebury, was sentenced at Basildon Crown Court yesterday after the court heard he conned at least ten homeowners out of more than £6,000.
All of Tatchell’s victims were living in south Essex and agreed to pay him for work after he went door-to-door highlighting issues with people’s driveways.
Judge Shane Collery told the 55-year-old he had deceived people over a number of years but failed to see the need to change his ways. Tatchell was jailed for eight months at a sentencing hearing at the same court yesterday
